Remote Global Account Manager

The Account Manager role involves managing a portfolio of customers to ensure retention, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor, conducting business reviews, managing escalation processes, and collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Support to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications required are a minimum of 5+ years in customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, experience in delivering customer-focused solutions, and a 4-year degree.

Preferred is experience in the legal industry, with travel flexibility (~25%).

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 annually, including base salary, commission, and OTE.
