Summary

We're looking for a Remote Hiring Consultant to connect with prospective candidates, discuss available career opportunities, and guide qualified applicants through the initial stages of the hiring process. You'll conduct introductory phone conversations, assess candidate qualifications, schedule interviews, and deliver a professional candidate experience from first contact. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, relationship-building, and helping people find new career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates through outbound phone calls.
• Discuss available job opportunities and answer candidate questions.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess qualifications.
• Schedule interviews using internal recruiting and calendar systems.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Follow established hiring processes and communication guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting activity goals.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple candidates.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring, customer service, sales, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping people succeed.
