Remote HR & Recruitment Assistant (Zoho Expert)

Job Description This is a remote position. We operate entirely within the Zoho ecosystem . Therefore, direct, hands-on experience managing employee profiles, hiring pipelines, and payroll data within Zoho tools is a mandatory requirement . A background in commerce ( BCom graduate ) is highly preferred due to the payroll and data-tracking responsibilities of this role. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Management: Oversee Zoho Recruit to post job openings, source talent, screen incoming resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain clean applicant tracking pipelines. HRMIS & Attendance: Update and maintain the core Zoho People database. Monitor daily employee attendance logs, check leave balances, and ensure system profiles are accurate. Onboarding: Manage the administrative transition from "Selected Candidate" to "Onboarded Employee," including document collection and digital signatures via Zoho tools. Payroll Support: Assist with basic data hygiene, attendance reconciliation, and monthly salary processing reports via Zoho Payroll . Requirements & Qualifications: Education: BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) or a related degree with an understanding of basic business accounting/data principles. Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or HR Admin. Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit is mandatory. Shift Flexibility: Must be fully comfortable working UAE & US Time Zone business hours.
