Remote HVAC R&D Residential Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential AC Product Development Manager to lead strategy and execution for our HVAC product line, including room air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and portable ACs.

The role involves serving as the product owner, developing 3–5 year product roadmaps aligned with market trends and business goals.
Key responsibilities include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and leveraging customer insights and market intelligence to inform development.
Collaboration with R&D, engineering, and global teams is essential to bring products to market, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and performance standards are met.
The manager supports market readiness, product positioning, and provides training and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications include a technical bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in product management within HVAC or related industries, strong technical knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
