Job Title: Remote Inbound Sales and Support Specialist

Location: Remote | Colombia

Salary Range: Base pay starts at USD 1,200 per month and may be higher based on experience and performance. Performance incentives and quarterly bonuses apply; total earnings depend on results.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. US Central shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. Candidates may indicate a preference.

Position Overview

Help customers book plumbing service appointments through warm, natural conversations. You will handle inbound calls, explain memberships, resolve concerns and keep accurate CRM notes.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and guide inquiries toward booked appointments.

• Explain and sell memberships and handle objections confidently.

• Support frustrated customers with calm, empathetic communication.

• Keep CRM records and follow-up details accurate.

• Work with the team on promotions, problem-solving and conversion improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and confident, engaging phone communication.

• Ability to handle objections, close bookings and respond calmly under pressure.

• Organization, reliability and consistent follow-through.

• Comfort working in an open video workspace with the team throughout the day.

Nice-to-Haves

• One to two years in sales, customer support or call-based roles.

• Home-services appointment booking, ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience; Spanish is a plus.
