Remote Inpatient Coder & Qa Audit Specialist

Shearwater Health is seeking an Inpatient Quality Analyst to join our team in a full-time remote role. As a Certified Inpatient Medical Coder you will ensure accurate inpatient coding using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS while reviewing records. Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation, support audits, and drive process improvements. A BS Nursing degree with active PRC license and CPC/CCS/CIC/COC certification, plus 2 years of inpatient coding experience, is required.
