Remote Inpatient Coder & Quality Auditor

Shearwater Health seeks an Inpatient Quality Analyst for a full-time, remote role. The analyst will ensure accurate and compliant coding for our healthcare clients, supporting high-quality revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities include coding inpatient records with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and collaborating with providers to resolve discrepancies. Requires BS Nursing with active PRC license and 2+ years inpatient coding experience.
