Summary

We're seeking a motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified opportunities, and schedule appointments for licensed life and health insurance professionals. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy consultative conversations, building trust over the phone, and achieving performance goals.

You'll receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and access to industry-leading CRM and dialing technology while building a long-term career in remote sales.

Responsibilities

• Complete 350–450 outbound calls during each shift.
• Introduce services and explain appointment benefits.
• Identify qualified prospects through structured conversations.
• Schedule appointments using internal booking software.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Attend virtual sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication.
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales technology.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Previous inside sales, SDR, customer service, or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
