We have offices in New York City, Uniondale, Woodbridge, and Hackensack. Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting. Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
