What You'll Do
Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products.
Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on each client's needs.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
Review existing policies and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
Respond to client questions with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance standards.
Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and professional training.
