Qualifications Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (guidance provided) Professional communication and strong follow-through Ability to work independently in a remote environment Organized, self-motivated, and coachable Comfortable learning new systems and following a structured process A genuine desire to help clients with financial protection and planning What We Provide Pre-Qualified Appointments: 6–10 scheduled client meetings per week (no cold calling or paid lead generation required) Structured Training: Step-by-step onboarding, sales process guidance, product education, and CRM setup Technology & Systems: CRM access and automated follow-up tools Supportive Environment: Ongoing mentorship and optional leadership opportunities as production grows Remote Work: Appointments conducted virtually from your home office Responsibilities Attend scheduled virtual appointments with prospective clients Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products Complete applications accurately and in compliance with carrier requirements Follow up with clients as needed and maintain organized records Participate in training and development to improve product knowledge and sales performance About the Role We are hiring licensed life insurance agents to conduct virtual client appointments and assist individuals with selecting insurance solutions that fit their needs. All appointments are pre-scheduled and pre-qualified through our agency partners.
