Responsibilities
Work with warm leads supplied by the company
Schedule virtual client meetings
Conduct client-focused needs reviews
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage
Provide clear answers to client questions
Recommend appropriate products and services based on individual needs
Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships
Participate in training and performance coaching
