Work 2 out of every 3 weekends ~50 hours available, but only ~40 hours of actual work ❤️ THE BENEFITS: 🏥 Health insurance stipend 👁️ Vision & Dental (company paid!) 💰 401(k) matching 🧠 Mental health support ✨ WHO WE NEED: ✔️ 2+ years high-ticket phone sales experience ✔️ CRM proficient ✔️ Proven closer with $3K+ programs ✔️ Self-motivated & coachable Hours: Your Schedule (MST): Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. You’ll work a 5-day schedule , never more than five days in a row , with two consecutive days off each week . You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week ) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week , each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks . This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer.
