Position Overview

Keep vendor invoices flowing accurately through an operations queue. You will monitor invoice imports, resolve account registration issues and maintain the records that help prevent service interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit work orders for missing invoices and processing setup errors.

• Investigate failed imports, credential issues and vendor portal changes.

• Track new account registration and confirm successful invoice imports.

• Check closing statements and billable invoices before account deactivation.

• Maintain clear records, coordinate corrections with vendors and resolve escalated intake issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.

• Basic knowledge of Foundry and Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and Excel.

• Strong organization and attention to detail across competing deadlines.

• Ability to investigate issues, work independently and collaborate with other teams.

• Discretion when handling account information.

Nice-to-Haves

• Account management, auditing or invoice processing experience.
