We're looking for a Remote Lead Calling Specialist to connect with prospective customers through outbound phone calls and generate qualified appointments. You'll engage leads, assess their interest, provide information about our services, and help move qualified prospects through the sales process. Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Contact prospective leads and introduce available services.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and identifying customer needs.
• Schedule appointments using internal scheduling and CRM tools.
• Accurately record call outcomes and lead information.
• Follow established outreach strategies and call scripts.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training sessions, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Previous experience in lead generation, outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
