Summary

We're hiring a Remote Lead Qualification Specialist to connect with prospective customers, determine their level of interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our team. You'll make outbound calls, ask qualifying questions, maintain accurate records, and help ensure every lead is properly evaluated before moving through the sales process. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people and working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads by asking structured questions and identifying customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for qualified prospects using internal systems.
• Accurately document customer information and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Build positive relationships through professional and engaging conversations.
• Follow approved call scripts, workflows, and quality standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional outreach and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, lead generation, appointment setting, sales, telemarketing, recruiting, or outbound calling is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
