Summary

We're hiring a Remote Lead Response Representative to respond to and engage prospective customers through outbound phone outreach while helping schedule qualified appointments. You'll reconnect with potential customers, verify interest, answer general questions, and ensure every lead receives prompt, professional follow-up. This entry-level remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating over the phone, and contributing to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and scheduled follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries and verify interest in available services.
• Qualify leads using established company guidelines.
• Schedule appointments for qualified prospects using internal scheduling systems.
• Accurately document customer interactions, follow-up activities, and appointment details in the CRM.
• Follow company call scripts, communication standards, and compliance procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional lead response and customer engagement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong active listening and customer service abilities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service, lead follow-up, call center operations, appointment setting, outbound sales, telemarketing, recruiting, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
