We are seeking experienced Lead / Senior Test & Resiliency Engineers to define and execute the validation strategy for functional behavior, transaction integrity, performance, failover, recovery, monitoring, and production readiness.

Required Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Resiliency, performance, network, and integration testing

•⁠ ⁠TCP/IP and packet-level troubleshooting

•⁠ ⁠Automated testing frameworks and failure-injection techniques

•⁠ ⁠Load, soak, capacity, regression, failover, and recovery testing

•⁠ ⁠Validation of persistent TCP connections during maintenance/failure scenarios

•⁠ ⁠Verification of message loss, duplication, ordering, and customer-impact scenarios

•⁠ ⁠Logs and packet-capture analysis and root-cause investigation

•⁠ ⁠Strong defect analysis, test evidence, certification, and technical documentation

Preferred:

•⁠ ⁠Financial messaging, ISO 8583, payment switching, telecom, or other high-availability transaction platforms

•⁠ ⁠Proxy, load-balancer, network-service, or active-active failover testing
