We are seeking a dedicated, fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) holding a Counseling Compact license to provide high-quality telehealth services. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will enjoy complete professional autonomy. This fully remote role allows you to build a caseload on your terms, design your own schedule, and leverage your compact license to support clients across multiple participating states.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Manage your own caseload based entirely on your personal availability and capacity.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
- Must hold a Counseling Compact license (privilege to practice in participating compact states).
- Prior experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred.
- Must carry active, independent professional liability malpractice insurance.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a secure computer, and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
