This isn't a workaround or an exception — it's genuinely how we build our team, because we've found that motivation and consistency matter more to long-term success here than whether someone walked in the door already licensed.

What the Role Looks Like Once You're Up and Running

You'll be having phone and Zoom conversations with warm inbound leads — people who reached out specifically asking about life insurance coverage. There's no cold outreach anywhere in this role. You'll help each family understand their options across our 60+ carrier network and guide them toward coverage that actually fits their needs and budget.

The Licensing Process, Explained

If you're not currently licensed, we'll walk you through exactly what's required in your state, help you access study materials, and support you through the exam process. Most new agents complete this within the first few weeks of onboarding, running in parallel with initial sales training so you're not sitting idle waiting to start earning.

Compensation

This is 100% commission with no cap — averaging $800 to $1,200 per policy closed. Realistic year-one outcomes:

• Part-time agents: $50,000+
• Full-time agents: $80,000 to $300,000+

Pay is distributed daily and weekly, with performance-based incentives available on top of standard commission.
