Your core responsibilities Review lesson material ahead of scheduled sessions Deliver structured, engaging online classes aligned to the curriculum Maintain a focused and professional virtual classroom environment Support learners from a range of backgrounds and proficiency levels Provide feedback that helps guide measurable improvement What you’ll be stepping into This is a system-driven environment designed to support both teachers and students. You’ll have access to: Ongoing training and required development workshops Coaching and performance feedback A platform built for structured, guided teaching A team culture that values consistency and reliability Qualifications & experience A Matric Certificate is required A bachelor’s degree is preferred A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate Teaching experience is beneficial, particularly in an online setting Strong spoken and written English with a neutral accent Comfortable using Zoom and standard digital tools Confident managing a virtual classroom environment Technical requirements (essential) Laptop/PC with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and 8GB RAM Stable fibre internet with 25 Mbps download/upload minimum (LAN cable connection only) Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) that provides 4–5 hours of backup power Separate mini-UPS to keep your fibre router powered during outages Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace Working hours & earnings Shift Option 1 Thu – Sun | 00:00 – 04:30 (SAST) Average monthly earnings: ± R8100 Shift Option 2 Sat – Wed | 00:00 – 04:30 (SAST) Average monthly earnings: ± R9900 Additional shifts may be available during the week.
