REMOTE Operations/Program Coordinator

This role is focused on supporting field operations from the backend by reviewing technician paperwork, verifying installation documentation and photos, updating internal systems, tracking project data, and ensuring accuracy and quality control standards are met.

Position Details:

• Fully remote (equipment provided)
• $21-22/hr (paid weekly + benefits)
• 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
• ASAP start

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify paperwork submitted by field technicians
• Ensure all required documentation, photos, and project information are complete and accurate
• Update and maintain internal databases and tracking systems
• Track project status, files, and correspondence
• Support scheduling and coordination efforts for field teams
• Process information accurately while maintaining quality standards
• Generate reports and assist with administrative program support

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative, operations, program coordination, or related experience
• Strong data entry and document review skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

This position is primarily internal-facing with minimal customer interaction and would be a great fit for someone who enjoys administrative support, operations, data management, and process-oriented work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
