Remote Oracle Business Analyst III

Role Overview: A Business Analyst III is responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize and automate supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial processes within the Oracle application environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers, analysts, developers, and end users to improve Oracle-based business processes.
• Identify opportunities to add value, enhance technology functionalities, and promote standardization across the organization.
• Plan, design, test, and implement information systems supporting core business functions.
• Develop business cases, gather requirements, and create user stories/journeys.
• Utilize analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to maximize IT investments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and at least seven years of Oracle Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with planning, project coordination, and scheduling.
• Expertise in Oracle Demand Management, Supply Planning, GOP, S&OP, ASCP, MRP, and Oracle EBS Versions 11i, 12.
• Strong understanding of business processes, process modeling, and technical requirements analysis.
• Ability to train users and develop business cases with ROI analysis.

Additional Info: Role involves 20% domestic and 5% international travel. Remote work is permitted.
