Remote - MUST RESIDE IN LEHIGH VALLEY
Monday to Friday FULL TIME
9:00am to 5:30pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm or 10am to 6:30pm
Pay: $14

Are you a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for driven, reliable Outbound Call Associates to join our team. In this full-time role, you will conduct outbound phone calls to connect with individuals, gather essential information, and assist with coordination—all from the comfort of your home.
(Note: This is an administrative support role, not a sales position.)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound calls (expected target of 80 calls per day)
• Communicate effectively and professionally while gathering or confirming required details.
• Enter and update record details accurately into the system during and after calls.
• Maintain confidentiality, focus, and a professional demeanor on every call.

Technical & System Requirements

Because this is a fully remote position, candidates must own and operate a personal computer setup that meets or exceeds the following technical specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 11 required
• Processor: Intel i5 (8th gen or newer and 2.5 GHz or higher) OR AMD Ryzen 5 (2.0GHz or higher)
• RAM: 8 GB minimum, 16 is preferred
• Storage: 500 GB hard drive OR 256 GB SSD (minimums)
• Internet Speed: Dedicated high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
• Wired headphones compatible with Five9

Qualifications & Pre-Screening Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative phone work preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills in a remote work setting.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Candidates must successfully pass a full background check and drug screen prior to start.
