We're looking for a Remote Outbound Caller to engage prospective customers through high-volume outbound calls and help generate qualified appointments. You'll communicate with potential clients, provide information about our services, and maintain accurate records of every interaction. Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Speak with prospective customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Explain available services and identify qualified opportunities.
• Schedule appointments using internal scheduling systems.
• Accurately record call outcomes and customer information in the CRM.
• Follow company call guidelines and outreach procedures.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching, meetings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Confident and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, sales, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
