Summary

We're looking for a Remote Phone Interviewer to conduct initial phone interviews with prospective candidates and help identify qualified individuals for open positions. You'll evaluate communication skills, verify qualifications, answer candidate questions, and schedule successful applicants for the next stage of the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interviewing, building rapport, and creating a positive candidate experience while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled phone interviews with prospective candidates.
• Assess candidate qualifications based on established hiring criteria.
• Discuss job responsibilities, expectations, and available opportunities.
• Schedule qualified candidates for follow-up interviews.
• Document interview feedback and candidate information accurately in the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain a professional and engaging experience throughout every interview.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly interview and scheduling goals.
• Participate in recruiting meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional hiring and recruitment initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable conducting multiple phone interviews throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate candidates objectively while following hiring guidelines.
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, HR, customer service, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
• Professional attitude with a passion for helping people find career opportunities.
