Minimum Requirements: Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine residency Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics 3+ years post residency experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting Active and unrestricted state medical license in state of residence; residing in an IMLC state is required Multi-state licensure preferred Experience and ability to provide care for all ages across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric) Must maintain Medicare active status #LI-Remote #Remote #VirtualCare #Telehealth #Physician #HealthcareJobs About Included Health Included Health is a new kind of healthcare company, delivering integrated virtual care and navigation.
