Remote Principal Engineer, Identity & Engagement

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer, Identity & Engagement, to lead the technical direction and development of core services powering the product ecosystem.
Responsibilities include defining architecture, driving system modernization, and enhancing identity, access, engagement, and insights platforms.
The role involves designing secure authentication and authorization systems, building telemetry and analytics pipelines, and creating reusable platform components to improve developer efficiency.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, security, infrastructure, and AI teams, own complex project delivery, mentor engineers, and influence technical standards organization-wide.
Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in large-scale backend or platform systems, expertise in distributed systems architecture, and strong communication skills.
Preferred skills encompass cloud identity platforms, AI infrastructure, SaaS security, and organizational influence.
