Remote Product Member – Stablecoins Solutions

Role: Stablecoins Product Manager responsible for defining, building, and scaling institutional stablecoin products for cross-border settlement and USD liquidity.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for stablecoin solutions, translating client needs into scalable capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver secure, compliant stablecoin infrastructure, settlement flows, and liquidity management.
• Work with compliance, legal, risk, and banking teams to embed regulatory requirements into product design.
• Integrate client feedback and regulatory insights into product decisions.

Technical Skills:

• Experience managing financial products for regulated institutions.
• Deep knowledge of API design, payment rails (ACH, RTP, Fedwire), and high-value settlement systems.
• Ability to set technical standards for security, authentication, and data integrity.
• Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages for automation and data analysis.
• Understanding of fiat rails, FX, treasury workflows, and stablecoin interactions.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in product management within banking, payments, FX, or capital markets.
• Experience owning complex, regulated financial products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical, systems thinking, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. clearing systems, payment networks, and messaging standards.
