Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Property Management Coordinator (Bilingual) to support the day-to-day operations of a U.S.-based real estate portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish while coordinating maintenance requests, vendor relationships, rent collections, leasing support, and general property management activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using AppFolio , a strong background in property management or real estate operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing support in English and Spanish. Answer tenant calls and follow up on maintenance requests. Create and manage work orders in AppFolio software. Coordinate vendors and ensure timely issue resolution. Build and maintain a network of service vendors. Handle rent collections and payment follow-ups. Assist with vacancy management and leasing support. Maintain accurate tenant, vendor, and property records in AppFolio. Monitor open maintenance tickets and ensure timely completion. Communicate with property owners and vendors regarding work order updates and operational needs. Support daily property management and real estate operations. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Proficient level of English (written and spoken). Proficient level of Spanish (written and spoken). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates. Hands-on experience using AppFolio software or any other property management software. Experience in property management or real estate operations. Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, reliable, and able to coordinate vendors and manage tasks through completion. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management). Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach. Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision. Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs. Interested in long-term career opportunities. Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet. Compensation & Benefits: 100% remote work. Compensation in USD.
