𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

As a Remote Prospecting Specialist, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound calling. You’ll introduce available opportunities, determine prospect interest, and schedule qualified appointments while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and dialer system.

• Contact prospective customers and introduce available opportunities.

• Follow the provided script and established prospecting procedures.

• Engage prospects professionally and maintain a positive conversational tone.

• Ask relevant questions to understand prospect interest and needs.

• Address common objections using approved communication techniques.

• Identify prospects who meet established appointment criteria.

• Book qualified appointments using internal scheduling tools.

• Record call outcomes, lead statuses, and appointment details accurately.

• Maintain consistent prospecting activity and meet performance expectations.

• Participate in coaching sessions and team check-ins.

• Perform other support tasks as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Fluent in English with excellent spoken communication skills.

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Ability to follow a structured script consistently.

• Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Reliable primary and backup internet connection and consistent power supply.

• Laptop or PC and smartphone required.

• Ability to stay focused and productive while working remotely.

• Previous prospecting, sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center experience is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve through feedback.
