𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are hiring a Remote Recruiter to identify, engage, and screen potential candidates for available positions. You will communicate with applicants by phone, explain job opportunities, evaluate candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of candidate interactions.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Reach out to approximately 150–250 potential candidates daily.

• Introduce candidates to available positions and explain role expectations.

• Conduct phone screenings using established recruitment criteria.

• Evaluate candidate experience, communication, attitude, and suitability.

• Identify qualified candidates and arrange interviews with hiring managers.

• Record candidate information, screening results, and follow-up details in the CRM.

• Keep candidate records accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Follow recruitment scripts, workflows, and company procedures.

• Maintain professional communication throughout the screening process.

• Support additional recruitment responsibilities as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Confident and professional phone presence.

• Ability to manage high-volume candidate outreach.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable primary and secondary internet and electricity connections.

• Computer and mobile phone access.

• Ability to evaluate candidates against predefined requirements.

• Recruitment, staffing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with English-language scripts is a plus.
