𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Recruiter to engage with potential candidates, explain available job opportunities, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews. This role is well suited for someone with strong verbal communication, customer service instincts, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accurate recruitment records.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Contact approximately 150–250 potential candidates each day.

• Explain available positions, job expectations, and recruitment requirements.

• Conduct initial phone screenings using approved scripts and criteria.

• Assess candidate experience, attitude, communication, and suitability.

• Identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and screening notes in the CRM.

• Update candidate statuses, follow-up actions, and interview details.

• Handle candidate questions professionally and clearly.

• Follow recruitment procedures and established screening standards.

• Complete additional recruitment tasks as assigned.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Confident and professional phone presence.

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and candidate interactions.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to assess candidate suitability over the phone.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Reliable primary and backup internet and electricity.

• Computer and mobile phone access.

• Call center, recruitment, staffing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience with English-language scripts is a plus.
