𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are hiring a Remote Recruitment Specialist to manage candidate outreach, phone screening, qualification assessment, and interview scheduling. You will serve as an initial point of contact for prospective applicants, explain available opportunities, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate qualified candidates with hiring managers.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Contact approximately 150–250 potential candidates each day.

• Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, and recruitment requirements.

• Conduct phone screenings using approved scripts and predefined criteria.

• Evaluate candidate experience, communication, attitude, and suitability.

• Identify qualified candidates for the next stage of the process.

• Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and screening notes in the CRM.

• Update candidate statuses, follow-up actions, and interview details.

• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience.

• Perform additional recruitment-related duties as assigned.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Confident phone presence and professional communication style.

• Ability to evaluate candidates against predefined requirements.

• Comfortable working with high daily outreach volumes.

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Reliable primary and secondary internet and electricity connections.

• Computer and mobile phone required.

• Recruitment, staffing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience with English-language scripts is a plus.
