𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are seeking a Remote Sales Recruitment Specialist to engage potential candidates, explain available opportunities, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews. This role requires persuasive yet professional communication, strong listening skills, and the ability to evaluate candidates against established requirements while managing a high volume of daily outreach.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Contact approximately 150–250 potential candidates each day.

• Introduce available positions and explain responsibilities, expectations, and next steps.

• Conduct phone screenings using approved scripts and predefined criteria.

• Assess candidate experience, communication, attitude, and suitability.

• Build rapport and maintain professional communication with candidates.

• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain detailed candidate records in the CRM.

• Update candidate statuses, screening notes, and follow-up actions.

• Follow recruitment workflows and established quality standards.

• Complete additional recruitment and candidate engagement tasks as assigned.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and active listening abilities.

• Confident and professional phone presence.

• Ability to build rapport during candidate conversations.

• Comfortable managing high-volume outreach and follow-ups.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to assess candidates against predefined criteria.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Reliable primary and secondary internet and electricity connections.

• Computer and mobile phone required.

• Sales, recruitment, staffing, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• English script experience is a plus.
