Coordinate reservation details based on client needs and preferences
Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
Communicate important updates and reservation information
Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Maintain accurate client and reservation records
Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements
Communicate with service providers when necessary
Provide professional and responsive client support
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail

Comfortable using email, online systems, and web-based platforms
