Remote Revenue Accountant

The Revenue Accountant is responsible for managing the complete revenue recognition process for SaaS subscription and professional services, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and US GAAP.

Key duties include reviewing customer contracts, preparing journal entries, reconciling deferred and recognized revenue, and supporting audit and reporting activities. They collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to maintain accurate revenue records and improve processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2-4 years of relevant experience, CPA preferred, with expertise in revenue recognition and SaaS business models.

Skills: Strong knowledge of ASC 606, US GAAP, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), advanced Excel skills, analytical mindset, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Experience in private equity-backed environments is a plus.
