Remote Sales — $100K to $300K, Entry Level

Position Summary

Meron Financial Agency is hiring full-time producers to join our remote team. Producers work with people who requested life insurance information and help them choose coverage from 60+ carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold needs-based conversations by phone and Zoom
• Present and compare coverage options
• Submit applications and follow up through approval
• Meet daily activity goals

Training

Full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching.

Compensation

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses

Qualifications

• Must live in the U.S. (Starkville, MS area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week
