Summary

We're seeking a motivated Remote Sales Associate to help generate new business by connecting with prospective customers over the phone. You'll introduce our services, identify customer needs, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified appointments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, has strong communication skills, and is driven by achieving performance goals in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Place 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Build rapport with prospective customers through professional conversations.
• Present service offerings clearly and confidently.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for licensed representatives.
• Accurately document customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow established sales scripts and outreach processes.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
• Attend virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Support additional sales and outreach initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in sales, inside sales, outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
