The Opportunity We sell done-for-you lead-generation systems that actively 10-25x our clients’ investments. We do not need you to cold-prospect. We generate the warm, inbound leads. Your only job is to get them on the phone, run a world-class demo, and close them on the spot. This is not for beginners or those who need hand-holding. If you are a natural closer obsessed with hitting numbers, read on. What You’ll Actually Do Speed to Lead: Call incoming leads immediately to qualify, build rapport, and create urgency. Book & Protect: Lock qualified prospects into calendar slots and aggressively reduce no-shows (target: under 10%). Run & Close Demos: Present tailored solutions, handle objections, and win the deal live on the call. We don’t do “let me think about it.” Drive Upfront Cash: Consistently push our best offer: the 3-month upfront prepay plan. The Metrics & Expectations Maintain a demo-to-close rate of 40% or higher. Be fully ramped and managing your own end-to-end sales cycle within 30 days. The Compensation (Uncapped) This is a 100% commission-based role offering 33% commission on all plans sold. Your income is purely a function of your skill. Quarterly Prepay Close: $250 commission paid on close. Monthly Plan Close: $100 commission paid on close. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $15,000–$20,000+ per month once fully ramped (approx. 80 closes/mo from 200 demos). Who You Are Experienced: You have proven experience closing on live video calls (you can point to real numbers and share recordings). Relentless: You don’t get rattled by “no” and will keep going until you get a yes or a clean no. Coachable & Honest: You sell the truth, take feedback well, and apply it instantly.
