Job Description

Compensation (Contractor Phase):

• 2–8% commission on every deal closed
  (Average deal = $1,920 → $153.6/sale)

• 2-3.5% recurring revenue from closed deals for up to 12 months

• Fresh lead list provided daily

• Average closing rate: 5–15 per 100 calls

• Performance bonuses for hitting milestones

Path to Employment

Once you’ve successfully closed 15 paying clients, the role automatically transitions into a full-time employment opportunity (unless you prefer to remain a contractor).

The Role

We’re seeking a commission-only independent contractor to pitch and close sales for our Virtual Medical Assistant services. You'll be reaching out to healthcare clinics directly, explaining our offerings, qualifying interest, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Call and pitch chiropractic clinics using daily-provided lead lists

• Communicate the value of our virtual assistant services

• Qualify leads and handle objections with confidence

• Ask whether the clinic is ready to get started or schedule a follow-up

• Collect onboarding details once a deal is closed

• Track and report daily sales activity

Requirements

• Strong spoken English and confident phone presence

• Previous experience in phone-based sales or closing

• Able to work independently as a 1099 contractor

• Quiet working environment and reliable internet connection

• Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
