Remote Sales Manager (Oregon Resident)

We are seeking a Sales Manager to develop and grow group and event business for a full-service oceanfront hotel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales call, room night, and booking goals
• Developing strategies to enhance RevPAR growth
• Understanding market conditions and their impact on revenue
• Building client relationships across corporate, association, government, SMERF, and tour segments
• Forecasting revenue and expenses, managing sales activities, and coordinating with operational teams

Qualifications:

• Experience selling guest rooms, meetings, events, or group bookings in hotel or venue settings
• Proven success in generating room nights, bookings, and banquet revenue
• Ability to identify and develop opportunities within targeted market segments

Skills & Attributes: motivated, proactive sales approach, market awareness, relationship-building, and strategic planning.
