Remote Sales Rep — $100K to $300K

The Role

You'll help families choose life insurance that fits their budget, over the phone and on Zoom. Everyone you speak with has already asked about coverage, so there's no cold calling. With 60+ carrier partners, you match people to the right plan instead of pushing one product.

How You'll Learn

Structured onboarding covers products, client conversations, and objections. After that, a mentor works with you through your first live calls.

Pay

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Santa Ana, CA area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week
