Requirements To qualify for a remote position , candidates must have prior experience working with a State Farm Agent . Remote applicants are expected to demonstrate: Active Property & Casualty License Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective sales administration. Proficiency in State Farm systems, including NECHO, SFPP, and ECRM Strong understanding of State Farm processes and workflows Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards Benefits Competitive base pay plus commission and performance bonuses Base salary determined during interview, based on experience and qualifications Paid time off (PTO) to support work-life balance Monday–Friday schedule Professional growth opportunities and clear paths for advancement within the agency State Farm Agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
