Sales & Relationship Building: Present and sell virtual support services to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Handle objections and close deals with confidence and persuasion. Market & Data Management: Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Acumatica). Monitor industry trends and stay updated on competitor activities. Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales and leadership teams. Requirements Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or virtual services. Experience with lead generation and cold calling is a strong plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Confident in presenting and selling over the phone and via video calls. Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets. Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and optimize outreach strategies. Proficiency with CRM software (Acumatica preferred) and data entry.
