Remote Senior Accountant, USG Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support financial operations, primarily for R&D programs.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing USG invoices, reconciliations, and labor reports

Assisting with budget development, forecasting, and financial analysis

Maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance

Reviewing timesheets, managing accounting structures in NetSuite, and improving reporting processes

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

At least nine years of accounting experience, with USG contract expertise preferred

Proficiency in NetSuite, Paylocity, and Microsoft Office

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

This role offers a competitive salary range of $88,000 to $112,000, along with comprehensive benefits. The position is remote, US-based, and requires integrity, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
