Remote Senior AI Engineer – Federal Sector

Role Overview: The position involves delivering customer-facing AI services, primarily focusing on developing and deploying cutting-edge GenAI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative GenAI applications using the latest research and techniques.
• Manage production rollouts of AI applications for both consumer and internal use.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients across various domains.
• Present at industry conferences and contribute to thought leadership.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence development priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in building and deploying GenAI applications with tools like HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy.
• Proven expertise in production-grade AI deployment and optimization.
• Extensive data science experience with tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for AI, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Additional Notes: The role requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a secret clearance, with periodic on-site work in the Washington D.C. area. Candidate travel may be necessary. Remote work is permitted.
