Remote Senior Analyst (Underwriting - Real Estate Investments)

Location: Remote (must overlap with Pacific/Mountain Time) Industry: Real Estate Investment & Development Schedule: Full‑time Start Date: Immediate About the Role We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Analyst to lead underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis for acquisition and development projects. You’ll work closely with the Founder to source deals, build multi‑scenario models, and support capital‑raising initiatives. Job Description Key Responsibilities Acquisition Underwriting : Develop and maintain detailed financial models (multi‑scenario, dynamic, investor‑facing); underwrite acquisition, renovation, lease‑up, and disposition strategies; run DSCR, IRR, equity multiple, sensitivity, and breakeven analyses. Market Research & Comps : Research submarket trends, comparable rents/sales, demographics, and policy factors; synthesize findings into memos and deal packages. Due Diligence & Transaction Support : Assist with LOIs, PSAs, and closings through underwriting, document review, and data analysis; coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and consultants; review environmental, title, and zoning reports. Capital Raising Support : Help prepare pitch decks, data rooms, and investor memos; respond to investor queries on underwriting assumptions; maintain databases of historical and pipeline deal metrics.
