Resource requirement

Role purpose

Analyse and document business services, business processes, applications, and infrastructure dependencies to create end-to-end Business Service Maps. Work directly with business and technology stakeholders to establish traceability from business capabilities through applications and underlying infrastructure, supporting Business Observability and operational resilience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across business and IT teams.

• Document business capabilities, value streams, products, and critical business services.

• Produce business process maps and service models.

• Map business processes to supporting applications, databases, middleware, and infrastructure components.

• Validate service dependencies with business owners and technical SMEs.

• Support Business Service Mapping and Business Observability initiatives.

• Maintain traceability between business services, applications, and infrastructure.

• Produce and maintain project documentation and mapping repositories.

• Support governance reviews and stakeholder sign-off activities.

Required experience

• Good English Communicate

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Process Analysis experience.

• Experience in service mapping, enterprise transformation, observability, or operational resilience programs.

• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Banking industry experience strongly preferred.

Working time & Process

· Working time: From Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

· Process: 2 rounds Interview (Check English -> Interview with NTQ -> Interview with Client)
