Remote Senior Data Scientist

Role: Senior Data Scientist focused on driving user and revenue growth through data analysis, experimentation, and product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop insights via causal analysis, experiment meta-analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Enhance experimentation practices by guiding design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests.
• Create ETLs, dashboards, and self-serve tools for data access and analysis.
• Design, evaluate, and measure KPIs to support quarterly goal setting and demonstrate impact.
• Engage with stakeholders to align work with business goals and gather feedback.
• Mentor junior data scientists and business partners in data science best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research.
• 5+ years (M.S.) or 4+ years (Ph.D.) industry experience in applied data science.
• Proficiency in SQL, R/Python, and online experimentation methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle ambiguous problems.
• Industry experience in fast-paced, innovative environments.
